SaudiListing uses Google Analytics 4 Advanced Consent Mode. Google's tag loads with analytics and advertising storage denied by default and may send limited cookieless measurements when permission is not granted. Analytics cookies are created only after you opt in. Decline cookies or withdraw permission using the Privacy choices button; we remember your choice locally for up to 180 days. Advertising consent stays denied, and we do not forward contact fields, page query parameters, or referrers to Analytics. Google may process usage data outside Saudi Arabia. Analytics permission is separate from form acknowledgements and marketing consent.

1. Who is responsible

SaudiListing.com, operated from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is responsible for personal data submitted through this website. The service is founder-led by Feras Fayyad.

2. What is collected

The interactive scorecard saves business email and a privacy acknowledgement when an assessment starts. It then stores progress, the 25 scored answers, pillar scores, overall result, decision band, and completion time. First name is required at completion. Company, role, headquarters country, Saudi timeline, and the decision being evaluated are optional.

A WhatsApp number is collected only when the visitor turns on the separate WhatsApp report option and gives the specific assessment-related permission. The fit-call form asks for company, timeline, and a short description of the Saudi objective. Basic attribution details may also be recorded, including landing page, referring page, and UTM campaign parameters. These forms do not request payment-card details.

3. Why it is used

• Create, save, calculate, display, and email the scorecard result requested by the visitor.
• Manage an optional assessment-related WhatsApp report handoff when separately requested.
• Manage appointment requests and relevant commercial follow-up.
• Protect the forms against spam and abuse.
• Understand which campaigns create qualified requests.
• Send commercial insights or offers only when separate optional marketing consent has been given.
• Maintain engagement, proposal, invoice, and legal records when a commercial relationship begins.

4. Consent and choices

The required acknowledgement covers saving the assessment and delivering the specific requested result. WhatsApp report permission is separate, optional, and limited to assessment-related follow-up. Marketing consent is also separate, optional, and unchecked. Refusing WhatsApp or marketing does not block the on-screen or emailed result. The free WhatsApp workflow asks the visitor to open the SaudiListing.com chat; it does not promise automatic outbound delivery. Optional permissions may be withdrawn by contacting SaudiListing.com.

5. Retention

Incomplete scorecard starts are scheduled for removal after 30 days. Completed resource-delivery leads without marketing consent are scheduled for removal after 90 days unless a real commercial conversation, the visitor’s requested follow-up, or a legal need requires longer retention. This deletion process runs during routine scorecard service activity, so removal may complete shortly after the stated window. Consented marketing records are reviewed after 24 months without meaningful activity. Appointment, proposal, client, invoice, and legal records may be retained for the period required by the commercial relationship and applicable law.

6. Service providers and transfers

SaudiListing.com may use website hosting, database, analytics, email, scheduling, CRM, and WhatsApp/Meta services to operate the requested workflow. These providers process data for defined business purposes and may operate infrastructure outside Saudi Arabia. Provider use and any applicable transfer safeguards are reviewed and documented as services are enabled.

7. Your requests

You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of optional marketing consent, subject to applicable law and any required recordkeeping. Use the public SaudiListing contact channel on WhatsApp or contact Feras Fayyad on LinkedIn.

8. Security and changes

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to limit access and protect submitted data. Score totals are recalculated on the server rather than trusted from the browser. No online system is risk-free. Material changes to this notice will be reflected by the version date above.
